Usericons have been moved off to a separate server. You should notice absolutely no changes; if anything usericons should load faster now.

That template does not allow for usericon usage.

hmmm no comments just browsing and worrying about my next exam .... i know this isnt the right place, but can u set up a forum? if its too much work ,then nevermind.

how can i make my links ("links.html") appear in a new window? where do i put the "target=_blank"?

You can't. You used to be able to, but then I decided that was too much of an obtrustion to the viewer's; if they want to open it in a new window, they'll do it manually.
