me too. whenever i try to change my username, i always get a \"authentication problem\" statement. how come? my password is ok ang also my email.

Either one or the other is not ok... that\'s why the error is occuring. Make sure you\'re using the email you signed up for as well as the proper password.

You're putting in a bad password or email address. Both of these must match your email/password for your existing account in order to change it.
