One year birthday

For the record, I had the wrong ID confirmation problem as well. Usually it\'s resolve by copying the full url and pasting it into a browser because sometimes line breaks cause the full url not to be clickable, I think. It\'s been awhile since I had the problem but I noticed that the url worked when I copied and pasted it.

Yes... that\'s why we try to tell people to copy/paste the full link instead of typing it out... in any case we\'re working on making the IDs more \'url friendly\' in the near future.

Meaning you have to be more detailed with the problem. Is she able to type her username and password in and log in? Is she having trouble going to certain website parts like control panel or any of her \'pages\'? What\'s the error she\'s getting? What is happening when she tries to do whatever she is trying to do?

And so forth.

Hi Im Celest! I recelntly registered for a journal. I signed up and got the Confirmation email as said. Though everytime I click it it takes me to a website that says, \"BOO! You have the wrong ID. If you *know* you clicked the link in your e-mail, go contact tech support. Sorry!\"
Well, whenever I click to go to Tech Support it takes me to the home page! What do I do??
