Downtime

October 9, 2005

Tabulas has been really slow this past weekend - I'm really sorry and I'm working to figure out what the problem is. For the time being, I've disabled hit logging for patron accounts and tagboards for everybody. I hope to figure out quickly what's going on - thanks for your patience!

i don't know where to ask for help, so hopefully this is the right place. (i tried the forums but i get the heart wrenching 'page cannot be displayed.')

i forgot my password and have requested that a new one be generated and sent to my email. it worked (duh) but now i can't change my password, tabulas says that i was using the wrong password, the one i just used to log in. ;_;

is this part of the downtime thing?

Yea, I noticed that last night, but I just figured it was a "high usage" time. I often have problems with the entire internet on weekends and during prime evening times. Lots of people using it. Maybe that's a good thing. :-)
