Tagboards

Due to performance issues, we've had to delete all the old tagboard entries from our system. We've kept the last 100,000 tagboard entries, so no one should be affected too greatly.

We've also made a few fixes to the comment log (if it seemed slow, it wasn't just you!) so that it should load a LOT faster now!

Hey i some how lost the picture to go with my usericon. i have a usericon but the picture isn't there. and i get two error messages. anyone know an easy way to fix this problem. thanks.

I would take a wild guess that hitting the "backup" link in your control panel will probably do something.

curious: how does the favorites page work? why does clicking 'earlier' bring me back to my earlier (eg. last week) non-favorite entries just as if i were clicking from my main page instead of earlier favorite entries? or is there a limit on the number of favorite entries that i duno about?

I cannot seem to find a way to ASK a question to Tabulas -- this is my umpteenth try and I'm posting it in the wrong place -- but the only place I can find that WORKS! I have PAID on TWO of my accounts to upgrade... but I STILL cannot add more photos -- WHY??????
please help

check out the styles tab in your control panel. To change the colors, go to stylesheets (color schemes)... but if you want to do something more complicated, check out the templating portion.

Ah I'll answer this, had the same problem. Hope that's alright, tabulas people!

First make sure the usericons are enabled: go to styles > journal styles > scroll down and make sure the "enable usericons" box is checked. that should work... but if the usericons don't show up on the blog, make sure the template you're using (entry format) has the usericon tag... Hope this helps :D

control panel > community > friends > click "remove" for any friends you want to delete

i'm afraid you can't. You can however disallow anonymous commenting. Its in you control panel->styles under "other options"

It's undergoing a change in ownership as well as a change in servers. Because of some glitches, there has been extended downtimes.

Sorry to bother you Roy, but a friend who has a Tabulas account has forgotten his password. He hasn't used his account in some time, and even forgot his user name, but that I knew. I just didn't know his password. What should he do? If you could let me know, I'll pass on the info to him. Thanks. :)

this isn't about tagboards, but i recently changed my name from split_chick to titania, and now, when i want to look at my profile (from my site) it says there that the user does not exist...i already changed the url in my preferences, but it's still the same...what do i do?

Probably because you harcoded all your old linkes in your custom template.

hello. i'm not sure where to ask this, but i've noticed that in a search engine the backup html file for my journal shows up. i don't like this because all of my private entries are no longer private. would you be able to delete this back up file?

I have a funny problem. I can't upload pictures using the tabulas gallery. I can't ever upload usericons. It will upload successfully but there will just be that box with that red cross. I thought it was my computer but I tried the same thing on my sister's tabulas account and she can upload the same pictures and usericons I tried to upload earlier.

Can anyone help?

I'm not being able to crosspost to my Xanga for some reason. I ticked the Xanga option under Entry Options and I'm logged into Xanga as well. Is there a problem with my cookies or something?

that's kinda dumb....people need to expirience it before just buying a paid account. They aren't just going to buy one without knowing what they are buying. Smart thinking.....I am glad that you aren't the moderater of this site! I have a free account and i update all of the time....and I do care about it. It is a way for people to see who I am.
