Both our image storage servers are down. We are working to resolve these issues ASAP. The gallery and usericon features will not work during this downtime.

Update: Server is back up and responding normally.

For those of you who were experiencing problems with usericons and gallery images over the past few days, please delete your old images and usericons and try uploading them again. We found the problem and fixed the bug, so everyone's gallery and usericons should be working now.

If your usericons AND your gallery do not work, please provide the following information:

1.) Have you ever been able to upload usericons/images? If so, when was the last time (roughly) that you could add images/usericons?
2.) Did you change your username recently? If so, what was your old username?
3.) Please provide your USERID#. This can be found in the parenthesis by your username in your profile.

This will help us troubleshoot the exact problems with your accounts and quickly fix any problems.

Let me clarify the post below.

If you try to upload an image to your gallery now and it does not work, then follow the instructions below.

I am more than a little peeved at the number of false requests to fix their account... please stop wasting my time with false reports; tracking down each report on each free account is time wasted for me.

To make sure you qualify for the below help request, download this image and attempt to upload it to your account. If it fails, THEN leave a message.

I'm sorry, but I will no longer be helping accounts that cannot get their galleries to work. Between the fact that more than half the requests are bad requests (e.g. I logged in and uploaded an image fine so you're really just wasting my time) on top of the fact that they are free accounts, I simply cannot afford to help you guys for free. I have a busy life as it is, and tracking down problems (most of them which are problems on YOUR end) is not what I want to spend my time doing.

If you are having issues and you have a paid account, please leave a note. Otherwise, sorry.

Speaking of which, please please PLEASE switch to paid account if you can. Running this service is very costly on a monthly basis and any paid accounts help chip away at those expenses.

Due to the limitations that are becoming clear in this journal, I have created a forum for all Tabulas users to go for help. I will no longer offer technical support through this journal ... but through our forum. I also hope that some of experienced members can help other users in this support forum as well.
