Advanced Editor

We've not added support for an advanced editor. If you're using a recent browser (FireFox or IE), your old entry input box should be replaced with a cool little editor; from this editor you can add in images from your gallery and better format your entries.

Please let us know how you like this new feature; if you prefer the old textbox, click the "Change to basic editor" link below the input box.

Edit: There seems to be problems with the smilies being the proper color. I'll try to fix this ASAP.

it's so much better than the old one. very nifty entry editor! :-D. But i wonder why everytime I hit enter, it is double-spaced?

tried the advance but all entries ar editted in its HTML, i guess until this advance setting is in ADVANCE setting i will use the basic

hmm....so i have to use smilies like *click smilies* choose *close window* then click again the smilies if i need it again. why can't the smilies open up like a new window? in the advance setting?

i actually don't like the new toolbar thingy..but i'm still stuck on the old way the control panel was set up. *shrugs*

Thanks for doing all of these, even for us free users. If only I had the money, I'd upgrade my account to a paid one. Pero don't worry, once I graduate, land a job, one of the first things I'll do is upgrade. So you'll get the compensation you deserve!

I like it, thanks, roy! It surprises me when I open my control panel this morning.
It's so rich :) Unfortunately, it will encourage people to use those irky (no heart feelings please) little <font> tags.

I'm actually using the old editor too... I'm obsessive when it comes to properly formatted HTML... so... no new editor for me :o)
