We are no longer doing open-ended tech support through this journal. Please read this post for more information.

We will only respond to comments that are bug reports; the rest we will leave up, but not respond to. We simply do not have time to teach every one of you how to use our services; please use the forums for that.

Paid users may continue to post queries here; we will be rolling out a private tech support ticket system in the upcoming weeks that should work much better.

umm...everytime i chance my color scheme, and click enable and everything your supposed to its not showing up!! is that a quick tech problem or sumthing? cause none of my colors are showing up.

How come my shared journals won\'t show up at my site??
I did remember to enable the feature that says: \"Show Shared Journals on Site\", but there\'s nothing to see..

The text for my comment link used to be \"click for intercourse,\" but that has since been truncated to \"click for interc,\" which doesn\'t make any sense (\"interc\" isn\'t a word!). I tried to change it back under the styles section of the control panel, but the new text never showed up on the page.

well..i can\'t use other usericons..i can\'t even add..i think there is something wrong with my usericons..and how could i make texts move..or scroll?? my friend could do that how could i do that? and how could i make them?

there\'s something wrong with the comment page in my blog ... when i click post comment the comment doesn\'t show. i think the template has something to do with it but i can\'t figure out what.

Hi. I was wonderin because whenever I try to log out, It will go to the tabulas main page, with the text displayed, \"You have successfully logged out.\" But my nav bar is still there. I try to use other computers, but it still happens. I have to click logout again to work.

The nav bar is generated before your actual log-out action; if you see the \'you\'ve been logged out successfully\' message, you\'re logged out, regardless of whether you see the nav bar.

there are peopel terrorizing me on tabulas. they wont stop. they dont have paid accounts or anything, And they just keep trash talking about me. Wil lyou please do soemthing about this?! if i cant get them to stop at school the least that can happen is gettign them to stop on tabulas.

hi sorry this has nothing to do with this entry, but when i try and change the colours of my stylesheet, it says go enable it, so i click on that then it goes back to the style sheet page and theni just assumed it was enabled... so i went back to my site and nothing was changed. so i go back to the colour page and all of my fonts and colours are back to what they were before! why is this???
