i need help, or at least a friend needs help with her account. she doesn't know what changed or if something changed with her settings esp the password. anyway, she can't log into her account. she didn't change her settings though and she can't remember which email add she used. she tried the "forgot your password" but she failed. anyhow. is there any way of having an access to her account again? thanks.
