We're feeling confident enough to announce a tentative release date for Tabulas 1.0. As work progressed on Tabulas 1.0, we decided to cut back on a few features (that hopefully no one will notice).
If you're forgotten, the full feature set for Tabulas 1.0 was mentioned in a previous post.

So... tentatively, Tabulas 1.0 will launch June 23rd, 2003.

check the time of the entry. if you set a publish date in the future, it won't appear until that date.

the method used right now is going to be deprecated by tabulas 1.0, so i really don't feel like troubleshooting it right now :)

roy,
who's on the development team of tabulas?

and since tabulas is part FREE, does tabulas consider free code donations? (I mean by that, volunteer work from people who want to)

+I'm volunteering for help if there is a need to, in case it wasn't clear +

well in all honesty, I would love to accept code, _but_ I have not followed good practices and generated classes or anything. in order for you to code anything, you'd have to learn my particular style of crappy coding.

more work than help i'd say at this point :/

fantastic! i expected it to be sometime next month though.

how will payment be done for new users who want extra features (eg. more pics onthe gallery etc.)? paypal? will there be a cc processor like paysystems, 2checkout, or worldpay?

Probably PayPal. PayPal can process CCs now. So Paypal or CCs or snailmail checks/money orders will work too.

Trust me, you will have a LOT of problems with paypal. Mainly because this is an "intangible" service.

Good luck with this anyway ;)

I've already had problems with paypal, but a lot of people use it. it's not a big deal.
